Randomized Controlled Trial of Mindfulness Training

This study is a randomized controlled trial using MRI technology to examine the impact of Calmer Choice’s eight weeks of school-based mindfulness training on sustained attention and associated resting-state functional brain connectivity in sixth grade students. This study provides causal evidence of cognitive benefits to mindfulness training in children.
