Mindfulness: A Foundation of Lifelong Wellbeing

Calmer Choice’s K-5 Classroom Program is based on an 8-week, twenty-minute lesson curriculum taught twice a week by trained instructors. The curriculum is designed to develop specific skills such as improved attention, focus, and emotional awareness of self and others.

These competencies enhance key aspects of self regulation for students, and support teachers to grow healthier educational environments.
