Creating opportunities for adults to facilitate connection, foster understanding, and build community through the shared learning and practice of mindfulness.
Led by a trained facilitator, groups explore mindfulness through guided and silent practice, shared inquiry, and engaged participation.
Teaching mindfulness is a great joy. It is also a responsibility that invites us to develop, strengthen and model our own practice as the critical foundation needed for instructing others.
