This study uses a meta-analysis research design to better understand the impact of mindfulness based interventions on student mental health and well-being when delivered in a school setting. Mindfulness based interventions for students in schools led to positive effects on mental health and well-being, particularly for adolescents aged 15-18, with trained teachers delivering the program, and when using various mindfulness or yoga-based mindfulness activities.
