Effectiveness of Interventions on the Stress Management of Schoolteachers

This article is a systematic review of 26 studies with 2,657 subjects to examine the effectiveness of interventions targeted at teachers’ stress management. Meditation and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions showed positive and significant effects on reducing general and special education schoolteachers’ stress.
