Mindful Awareness Online Practice Groups

Join our online, mindful awareness support groups led by various Calmer Choice instructors!

Each group will start with some basic mindfulness instruction, followed by a 15-20 minute lightly guided mindful awareness practice.

These group sessions are facilitated in the Zoom online platform and are free to participate.

  • Mondays 7:30-8am
  • Wednesdays 7:30-8am
  • Fridays 7:30-8am

We also offer a session in Spanish on Wednesdays at 7:30 pm.

You do not need to commit to all sessions. Join when you can!
