Calmer Choice is pleased to announce scholarship opportunities for participation in its signature, 8-week online course for adults, “Mindfulness: Cultivating Resilience & Well-Being.”
These scholarships are available thanks to two anonymous and generous donors. The donors participated in Calmer Choice programming and found the lessons and tools of mindful awareness incredibly effective for self-care during the time of social distancing and feelings of anxiety and isolation.

Course participants can expect to learn foundational practices in mindful awareness and social-emotional learning coupled with discussions and self-reflective practice that support self-compassion, kindness, and emotional regulation.
Individuals will complete the course having developed their own mindful awareness practice that they can utilize for a lifetime. The scholarships allow us to reach more people and provide them tools to manage during these unparalleled stressful times.”
The scholarship application is simple in that it only requires a brief written description of need and reason for wanting to participate. If selected, the course fee is waived by up to 50%.
