Day of Mindfulness for Mothers and Other Female-identifying Carers of Children
Spend the day supporting your health and well-being with The Gift of Presence.
The precious nurturing we do as Mothers, while a gift in itself, can also leave us depleted. The daily lives of Mothers can take a toll on emotional, physical, and psychological well-being. This day is intended to allow you to rest, restore, and reflect with nurturing practices, movement, dialogue, and connection with nature.
All are welcome regardless of experience with mindfulness practice. Basic guidance and light snacks will be provided. Please bring a lunch.

This pricing level helps provide reduced costing options for those who need it. If you are currently fully employed and able to pay this rate, we encourage you to register at this rate to help us make our programming as accessible as possible to all members of our community.
Register at this rate if you do not fit into either Supported or Supporter descriptions. This rate represents the true cost for Calmer Choice to deliver this program.
