Oftentimes our days are filled with numerous things to do or places to go. Multitasking divides our attention and can make it difficult to be present to the mystery and beauty of what is here and now.
Mindfulness in nature can provide a pause to all this business as well as help to create a space to be present to the natural world. Walking the earth in a mindful way helps to connect us to our original natural or wild essence.
By exploring our natural world through our senses we can relearn a way of being in relationship to the earth.
