Join our online, mindful awareness support groups led by various Calmer Choice instructors!
Each group will start with some basic mindfulness instruction, followed by a 15-20 minute lightly guided mindful awareness practice.
These group sessions are facilitated in the Zoom online platform and are free to participate.
- Mondays 7:30-8am
- Wednesdays 7:30-8am
- Fridays 7:30-8am
We also offer a session in Spanish on Wednesdays from 8:30-9pm.
You do not need to commit to all sessions, join when you can!
