Parent/Child 6-week Mindfulness Course

A 6-week program for parents and children that runs concurrently. Parents and children gather togther at the beginning and end of each session, with time in the middle for each group to learn with their peers.

Parents and care-givers learn skills and tools to support personal stress management and emotional health and well-being. Children are taught fundamental knowledge, tools and opportunities that increase present moment attention, support emotional regulation and emotional balance, improve stress reduction and support academic performance through fun, engaged activities.
