Join our online, mindful awareness support groups led by various Calmer Choice instructors!
Each group will start with some basic mindfulness instruction, followed by a 15-20 minute lightly guided mindful awareness practice.
These group sessions are facilitated in the Zoom online platform and are free to participate. Sessions are held each week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:30 am, EST. There is also a weekly session Wednesday at 7:30 pm.
You do not need to commit to all sessions, join when you can!
