Mindfulness Skills for Self-Care and Well-Being Hosted By Helping Our Women

Hosted by Helping our Women and taught by Calmer Choice instructors, this program teaches you mindfulness skills for self-care and well-being.

The program is 6 weeks long. Classes are held on Mondays from 1pm–3pm, starting on February 24. Tuition is reduced to $90 for the public and is free for H.O.W. members.
