Mindful Awareness Online Practice Groups

Join our online, mindful awareness support groups led by various Calmer Choice instructors!

Each group will start with some basic mindfulness instruction, followed by a 15-20 minute guided mindful awareness practice.

These group sessions are facilitated in the Zoom online platform and are free to participate. Sessions are held on Tuesdays and Fridays at 7:30 am, EST.

You do not need to commit to all sessions, join when you can!
