Come as you are! Let's not wait for the perfect moment to “get to” our mindfulness practice. (We'll be waiting a long time if 2020 has anything to say about it!)
In support of your mindfulness practice and in the spirit of supporting those in our community, you’re invited to “Commit to Sit” for the month of December.
What does this mean? It means making a personal commitment to “showing up” for morning mindfulness practice led by a Calmer Choice instructor for the month of December - offered freely on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 730-8am ET, via Zoom.
You might that find one day/week is consistently workable for you - or two, three, even four. The emphasis is on working with whatever your commitment is for consistency of practice. And then noticing what happens.
