A program for adults of all ages.
Join us for a 7-week program that provides skills and tools to support personal stress management and the emotional health and well-being for adults. This program is composed of foundational practices in mindful awareness and social emotional learning coupled with discussions and self-reflective practice that support self-compassion, kindness, and emotional regulation.
Current research studies show the benefits of using mindfulnesspractices to settle the mind, create clarity, attention, and focus,and widen perspective, all leading to a greater sense of well-being.

This 7-week program runs Tuesdays from Oct. 8 – Nov. 26, with no class on Nov. 5. Classes are from 5pm – 6:45pm, light snacks will be served.
The program fee is $225, and partial scholarships are available.
